So I don't know my neighbor as he just bought the house 2 months ago, haven't seen him in over two weeks. Was being nosy and checked his water, it's off but the electricity is still on.

nah his car hasn't been there and other cars haven't as they were before. Last neighbors traveled for a few months at a time but had people mow and always stopped mail and stuff.
