    Are you getting PREs while submitting? A PRE at the wrong time can cause the hit to not submit properly. If you have a script that auto-reloads on PRE it will accept the next even though hit you did didn't submit.

    I find that happens when I work on www so I just work on worker. I guess that it doesn't matter that much seeing how www will be removed in about a month.
