I tried to branch out into the international sites... Amazon.ca (Canada) let me cash out $11 in gift certificates before they shut down my account:



The main US site, on the other hand, I've had for years and have actually used to make significant earnings -- although I was apparently declined once and then mysteriously approved a year later (similar to what some people have reported on mTurk).

No idea what their criteria is, or whether they even have one.
This is the same company that gives out Masters, after all.
