That's fast enough for C-SATs if you want to give it a go. I've had to do it on a slow connection a few times. Key is to pause it when it starts playing, give it 10-20 seconds to start loading the video and you should be good the rest of the way. You can still do 4 C-SATs same as everyone else in the same time that way. Seriously, had to do it on slow internet when my connection was essentially broken and waiting for it to be fixed following a bad storm.
