    Whenever I get a man cold I just eat a really big meal, then drink about 6 ounces of whiskey and go to bed. You'll just sweat everything out in your sleep.

    Alternatively, dig a pit. Put him in their and bury him up to his neck and leave him there until morning. The cold dirt will kill the virus.
