Yeah, I had the 12 day course too. Those tablets dissolve so fast I almost threw 'em up a few times. I didn't start to feel better until around the fifth day of taking those. Hopefully it will start let up for you soon! I think the doctor I saw was a loony because I didn't have a simple cold. My chest and throat felt like it was burning to death.

was this recent? my dr (granted, she's a clinic dr) said she's seen a lot of viral infections that start as a sore throat, then move into the lungs and live there for 2 weeks or so. Hubby caught it from me as well, but since he has no complications, he seems to be getting better already.
