    Just turned 29 in July, and I can relate. I try but even if I have only 3 beers, I wake up feeling like death. I have to be willing to commit 2 whole days after a night of 'drinking' to recover.

    I'm appreciative of how men get older every year and women (well at least me) we stay 29 no matter how many birthdays we have. If you ask my youngest how old I am he will look you square in the eye and tell you I just turned 29 again...I love that boy

    All of those except cold sensitivity happened to me around 18, and the cold sensitivity spiked up when I'd overtrain at the gym.
