    I don't think Noblis have left. They've take breaks from posting in the past and have come back. He's just pointing out that with some of the review hits that have been posted in the past you can see that other turkers are submitting bad work, and if requesters are getting bad data, it doesn't encourage them to continue using mturk.

    Rejections can be reversed BUT I believe is possible for the requester to delete the task. If that is done they cannot reverse it anymore. Not super familiar with it but I think @ChrisTurk mentioned it at one point.

    IMO the way you do it is making life hard enough on them that they're motivated to go out there and use some Google-Fu to figure it out for themselves.

    If I'm going to make my own daughter read words by herself at 6 to play Minecraft/Roblox/Pokemon/etc., I'm going to expect a requester can use Google. They just don't want to bother, b/c it's not important enough to them... yet.
