I used the callback service yesterday...never got a call back from a human, only an automated message that said my case was resolved.

I even talked to my package lady, Rachel, who says it's at the post office, but the post office says she delivered it to my mail room.

This is literally the most infuriating situation I've ever dealt with.

I just want my cat litter. I cannot even pick it up from the post office because they say they don't have it.

OK....I am very confused. When it goes to the worker site I do not see anything I can use to add it to a PANDA or put it into PC. The WWW. site I copy the HIT ID and paste. With OW it opens worker and I see nothing I can use to add the hit to PC????

 

Gotcha.

Yeah, you can drag into OW to PC without a special script, but you have to click "add job" first, then aim for the textbox, then select "once" or not, and then click "add".

My $2 script simplifies drag/drop by a lot.
You either drag to "once" or "indefinitely", and it mashes the appropriate inputs for you to get it started:



I also use my draggable script as a PC Helper imitation, by dragging from the URL bar.

That's because PC Helper doesn't work for me, since it uses storage events, and I Turk w/ separate Chrome profiles that have different sets of storage.

 

Yeah, I've avoided calling their customer service since it isn't their fault. This situation is bonkers stupid at this point.
