I too have a soft spot for NOLA.. Though I have only been once and it was under murky circumstances (I had to have a surgery.. Actually I was only the 200th person in the world to have this particular thyroid removal done (couldn't determine if I had cancer so half had to go) I got to stay on St. Charles street at the Intercontinental and it was fabulous.. except for..lol. I have always wanted to get back to Dragoons. What a nice place that was. Everyone was so welcoming. I loved it there.
