I usually pick "Don’t know because of foreign language (and you can’t decide without understanding the audio)" option. foreign music is obvious for the most part, or someone doing stand up in another language with laughter in the background. I havent translated anything. I could be doing it wrong i guess. but it doesnt say you have to translate. The don't know because of foreign language option is there for a reason, i just make sure i don't abuse it.
