My question is more over the location than the tat itself.

You can tat yourself wherever you want with whatever you want,
but was there a specific reason for doing it between your eyes...?

Is there some symbolic meaning for it being there?
Did you just want to see whether you could handle the pain?
Does someone else have one there?
Did you just run out of space?
