They are posting the same GIDs as yesterday right now. As far as dead? I did 2 of each of them and still show qualed to do these, so your quess is as good as mine.

 

I am totally confused but I will go on PC'ing

 

When HITs are published, they hit both sites simultaneously. There's zero distinction between www and worker on a requester's back end (ie, there's no requester.worker.mturk.com) and no option to publish to one site or the other. They're just different interfaces that we as workers use for the same task list. Catching them on one site or the other has nothing to do with how they're published. PREs or slower cycles might be making one domain better for you, but functionally there's no difference.

Adding my 2 cents from observations on worker vs www. I'm scraping www and running OW (on worker, obviously) and my scraper gives me include list alerts about 0.5 seconds before they pop on OW. Just my personal experience, and that may have more to do with how the scripts run than anything. There's a lot of variables at play, so when in doubt, blame Bezos...

 

@LLL I have only caught one of the Dermots (3SBA6YTBZ39Z7NDKO6FZ30OM67RBO3) - If I set up a WWW PC and add that to it. It go's a few cycles then turns purple and stops. Why is that?

 

Purple means you're not qualified

 

What are "Include list alerts"?

 

If you use MTS Hit Scraper, when you add something to the Include List, it will give you the option for notifications. Those notifications are what I meant by include list alerts.

 

But I have already got the Hit and it is still running fine on my Worker PC - and @LLL said she received it multiple times

 

That just means your worker PC hasnt caught it yet

Check to see if you got an exclude qual from her, I cant do them anymore they all show up as purple for me now when I try to catch them

@Rocknrolla I don't know why it shows you as non qualed on www but not on worker PC. I have had similar results but it was worker turning purple like 3 months ago. Don't know why it happened then.

Anyway I haven't had any luck on www for dermots anyway so stick with worker for that req.
