In the settings there is a checkbox for both TO 1 and 2.

 

Even with both turned off the TO column still is extant in HF and pops on rollover.

You have to do keyword analysis to see whether this is even a search term the general public uses.

I'd probably use something more like "forums for mturk", or stumble here looking up "how to use panda crazy", etc.

Pretty sure I just saw some very illegal stuff on a pin, all I'm going to say is it was either a very young model or the very bad thing that can land u you in prison. Not sure how to react to this.
