I made a taco pierogi casserole last night. Sour cream, cheddar cheese, chopped tomatoes, a little carne, beef stock, added some pintos. Made a big cheddary taco tasting soup and then added the meat and pierogies, topped with cheese, baked for 30 minutes.

I could pretend it wasn't life changing, but come on.

 

Old RV construction is so airtight that the only way you're getting a WiFi or cell signal is if you put your antenna in the window and hope that particular window is facing a transmitter. Giant Faraday Cage on wheels.
