If I ever start having prefect grammar and spelling I want you guys to kill me and throw my body in a river.

 

I'm going to say this here because it is worth repeating & I frequently see the sentiment that "Amazon doesn't care how crappy the wages are" tossed around:

Amazon makes their fees as a percentage of the cost of the work. They do not actually have an incentive to flat out flood the marketplace with cheap labor. They have a very strong incentive to keep it balanced towards getting the high value work done ASAP & the garbage done as much as they can muster without tanking the aforementioned stuff.

I'm sure there's even a formula somewhere someone could come up with to exemplify this principle.. maybe even an algorithm. But a little common sense & pointing out the fact that they do frequently decline new workers is all I can muster

um, I think my data is wonky. I did get 3 rejections this month though

 

I am not motivated to do this but I am .96 cents from 30 dollars (and 1.57 on prolific). I think I did good considering I didn't really start until 1:15 today then worked until 3:15. Then my husband came home and wanted me to go with him to show where the dentist was (we was going to another when we had my insurance but now only my dentist is covered with his insurance). I turked on a cell for like 20 minutes and then walked at the dentist while walking (they have a bunch of blocks to walk and it is safe ). Then I came back and worked 1 hour of adsforce and madlabs before the WVU game came on (after cooking and then getting back up to cook potatoes with my daughter). At 9:10 that game was over but I had to do mom /house cleaning things. Now I am working a Terras (or getting ready to) **edited to say and a 25 cent survey^^ so I can get to my $30. I am proud because if you add all that mess up it is only 3.50 hours I will have worked today for $30 which means I am getting better at not picking bad surveys..go me! (and sorry for the book).

 

Don't do any hits for Josh Kleyman, I did his video editing hit and was rejected. After emailing him and doing the corrections he wanted (Which weren't in the instructions) I still wasn't approved.

I'm gonna float cause my boys are playing league with me right now but my goal for tomorrow is a turkathon.

I'll be turking for 15+ hours(also known as waiting for stuff to drop while I play games). What a way to spend a Friday!
