Right now the aggregate Requester data is basically AVG(hourly) FROM reviews

With no rhyme or reason as to who is leaving the review.. so in cases where one person reviews the Requester like 30 times.. their opinion is like 30x more important than everyone elses

That kinda sucks.. So, question, can I do:

AVG(
(SELECT AVG(hourly) FROM reviews GROUP BY user))

or something similar? I'm not sure how far googling aggregate of an aggregate is gonna get me and no free tabs for it atm.. is there a special keyword for this? To my pea brain that seems like it'll grab all the averages per user, then average those together so each user only counts once right? 2x the queries buuuut way more accurate si? no? idk?
