    I shut down all unused scripts and restarted everything and the PREs have stopped and I lowered the timers for everything and I am not getting the PRE nightmare anymore. Thanks!!!!!!

    Must've had something going haywire in the background. I would turn the scripts back on one at a time until you find the culprit. Could you have had another instance of OW or PC running on another desktop or minimized window? I've done that to myself a couple (more like 1000) times.
