    Similar thing happened to me on the new laptop. Windows updated the video driver and then I got the error 43 bs. Metered the wifi connection so I'm not currently getting windows updates at all right now and rolled back the driver. That worked for my issue.

    I haven't decided how I'm going to deal with this since it doesn't have the Pro version to be able to use a group policy to stop windows from updating the video card driver.
