I have this issue just running the 8 or so Joe pandas at night. I seldom end up catching them. I'll even see them blip on OW.

 

Which is one of the better features of TM. I can watch each PANDA poll, and set it down to the second.

 

One of these days, I will have a complete set of bowl picks done.

 

There's a place I saw on TV that does a turkey dinner and the stuffing is put into a waffle maker. It looked like it worked perfectly, so CT's kibble might do okay.

 

Oh I just seen I got a one year member badge as today is my turkerhub anniversary! Woohoo! I love badges!

Oh shit, that Shun is really nice. They make some great stuff. Used to have Santoku from them. Got lost in a move.

 

I've been busy with work/family for a week or two, second night on the new Worker site. I like it, once scripts are working on it it'll be sweet. Reddit apparently hates it.

SANTOKU KNIVESSSS!

That's what I use 90% of the time. I have a ton of pointy stabber doos but I love my santoku knives more than life.

Matt got me this one a couple years ago and I quite like it. I have an uuber sharp Chantry one I think I could filet a human with if needed too. And then a rando decently nice set of Kitchenaid knives cause I got them as a gift. The set came with the hands down best kitchen shears I've ever had and I practically put lo-jack on those things after so many people have almost walked off with them.

I do too, I messed with it a little while it was in "beta" or whatever. Fully expected to hate it, but the more I use it the more I like it.

Ohh and those TurkerView icons look sexy

 

I got it "almost" brand new. An old sous chef bought it, brought it work, and then dropped it and tipped it about 20 minutes into the shift. He got a new knife and at some point he gave me the tipped one, which I took home and I ground it down from the spine. Other than it being about 1/2 inch shorter, it looks fine and cuts like a champ.

Globals are pretty noice knoives!

 

A great place to get knives is at restaurant supply stores. They have stuff that lasts a long time and costs less than most stuff you get in a store. Usually it doesn't even have a brand on it.
