Correct thats why I mention shakes which usually a popular one is whey protein. Personally there is no such thing of over training. Just poor training which can result in injuries. If your arms are shot from curling weights, do your legs, that day or something else. You want soreness, the good soreness in the gym because thats gonna make you grow. Ever body is going to be different, and will require some sort of tweaking. but it really comes down to increasing muscle mass and of course genetics has a role as well (i cant type). I have muscles in my calfs, but they are skinny. That's never going to change, its how the muscle itself is structured.

Hi. Does anyone know of anyway to print out a statement of monthly or weekly earnings from Mturk? I need something showing proof of income and they won't accept bank statements or income tax returns. I don't think Amazon Payments will do, there's no way to tell where the money comes from.. The dashboard just tells me yearly earnings, but don't they have any documents I can print out showing my earnings? I can't find anything.
