    Nah, overtraining is huge. The training you do on a body part influences your whole system, not just that body part. You influence your hormonal patterns (heavy systemwide cortisol release, etc.) and introduce waste products to your entire system, etc., when you work out. You deplete your system-wide hydration levels, which need to be replenished, and since your body has a limited amount of time/resources to repair things during sleep, excessive load anywhere can impact your body's ability to repair elsewhere.

    Pros:
    - All you have to do is doodle on their sketching platform, which is pretty sweet. The survey at the end (in iframe) is super simple.
    - No downloads
    - Potential followups.
    Cons:
    $15 would have been more appropriate given that they want you to spend at minimum 45 min on the sketching platform.
