    Jumping into this convo just to state my SO struggles with her weight at times and if I could just get her to kick the stupid Soda habit she'd have no trouble. We move about the same, eat the same, but I don't drink any soda and she's always Grinching about how I can eat what I want :dunno: ymmv

    If you can't quite get into water and don't think aspartame is the devil, use those little water flavor packets crystal light makes or whatever your favored brand of sickly sweet artificial sugar is. They're like 5 calories each and you just add it to a bottle of water or whatever and go.

    So how do soft blocks work? I was doing some scared money HITs and it still says theres some left when searching the requester, but when I accept it, it says none available. I can't panda them on PC either so it's not throttling. Usually you get a message saying the work is reserved for others or something like that (i.e. sergey), but all I'm getting is the no more HITs available message.

    drinking more water helps stop food cravings. When you consume sugary drinks, you body doesn't know how to digest it, so it throws it to the fat pile on your belly. The avg male should drink 100-120 ounces of water a day. The female about 60-80. If you drink coffee, might as well add another cup of water.
