I have been binge watching Greys Anatomy for the past week. It started off pretty good , light, and funny. Now it is like the most depressing show I have ever seen. You can bet money that the worst outcome will happen in each situation

 

Yeah, it's a show for people who get off on feeling strong emotions, but for whatever reason can't feel any emotion powerfully except sadness. I'd never watch that on purpose. GF binges it when she watches it, but if you give her a few days without it, she forgets all about it until the next time she's accidentally exposed to it. IMO if a few days away from a show can quell your interest in it, it's not a good show.

 

I just have it running in the background and look up every once in a while. It IS way too heavy for solid entertainment

 

There's your problem, leaving Canada was clearly such a bad idea that even the border guard wanted to give you some time to think about it.

 

I absolutely considered just saying fuck it and staying forever.

The biggest difference is that you'd have to change your avatar to something hockey related or face deportation. It doesn't have to be THAT different, might I suggest this?
