I am a huge LotR nerd. I like to drive my wife and daughter nuts by reciting the first several paragraphs of the book from memory until they beg for mercy.

Then I start in with the first several paragraphs of "The Hobbit". I can go on, and on, and on. My wife and daughter think it's adorable.

Well, maybe not adorable, exactly...
