    Tamale shop! Your profile says your WA so that means I'm within driving distance of a Tamale shop! So I googled James Beard Washington Tamale and found it. I have a friend in Zillah so maybe we'll work this out :lol: I really like tamales, my Great Uncle is from Mexico and his sister made the best Tamales but since she passed away a few years ago and never taught anyone else it's been rough going trying to find some good tamales.
