ikr The DS4 is why I swore off wireless.

I picked up a set of 4 white eneloop batteries and people say that they get >60 hours according to google.

Yes you can get black eneloops that hold more but the whites hold a charge while sitting around for a lot longer. (and that is important considering how long the steam controller's battery lasts)

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00JHKSMJU/?tag=thtv02-20 The whites are rated for 2100 recharges so they will outlast the controller itself lol. You can get whites in bulk with amazon's packaging but you only really need 4 if you are just using them for the steam controller.

I will however say the the steam controller prob has the highest learning curve of any controller while also being the most customizable. It is pretty dope imo
