    Yeah, your brother doesn't know wtf he's talking about. I live in a college town and my rent is about the same for a 2br/1ba apartment as my parents pay for super nice 3br/1ba house on 15ish acres of land with bomb ass views about 3 hours from me. And they have better internet.
    I have no idea how Missoula compares to Helena to be totally honest. Missoula is far from cheap, though. I just heard the other day that you guys have great internet?

    I might take a 'small' drop in internet speeds but I am in one of the few weird areas that has good internet in the US.

    If I stayed here I would be looking at ~$1200/mo + ult for a 1 bedroom smh

    Depends on where you are. For like $35 or something after a $300 hookup fee if you can get your neighbors in on it gets you 100/100. My neighbors are poop so I'm on Spectrum. But cost of living is pretty cheap here. We are a college town too but Carroll is tiny :lol:

    Yeah, your bro is craycray. You can get a decent 1br by me for $300/month and utilities (with 200mbps internet) are probably a total of another $300-400/month. And while it's a rural area, it's not ghetto whatsoever lol.

    It is a problem with being Californian. Lots of us are not aware of how fucked we are with cost of living here.

    On a side note he is going to be fucked come summer when he isn't able to teach and I won't be around to pay for his share of the rent until he can pay me back. :cj:
