Yep. I open some of my scripts to the public for alpha / beta release.

Anything that's partially-completed like this usually has a hint to that effect in the title, description, or instructions for the script.

And if it doesn't, then the rule of thumb of "don't install scripts until you at least understand their purpose" applies. Any installed script that has no clear purpose to you is just another script that bloats your profile and therefore negatively impacts your wage to some degree for penny batches.

 

USPS Slapped an Amazon Prime package at my front door and after I opened the bottom I realized it wasnt for me. Different first 2 number but same last 2 in address. Address is quite a distance from me so I called USPS to have it redelivered - Estimated 1 hour hold time

And on this note, I also recommend at least setting up separate profiles for finding HITs vs. working on them.

Some people might be surprised by just how fast HITs can load when they're not subjected to:

- Ad Blocker Plus / uBlock Origin (or both combined... ouch...),
- Grammarly,
- other extensions you might have installed,
- and Tampermonkey running (or at least checking for include matches against) a whole list of 100+ scripts on every single page load, and embedding and parsing jQuery at least once for 90% of all scripts that had a URL match.

You can take this a step further with recurring low-payout-per-HIT batches like CIs or Tax Engines, and create separate profiles for each of those if you find that you do them often. This can save those batches from bloat you might accumulate on your main "work" profile.
