I don't recall seeing many people complain about them being buggy the last week or so, though I could have just missed it. I have no doubts if there are bugs someone will find them though I'll keep an eye out and repost them here if I notice anything. Thanks for reaching out
I have seen tons of repeats, by which i mean the same question, or scenario, multiple days in a row. not sure if that's a bug though
Agree. This is the only thing I've seen. I've had the same 5 for the last 3 times. Other than that, no problems.
Yes, this has happened several times including today. I think you are not getting reports of bugs because we have no idea that's what's going on. It doesn't show anything wrong on our side. When I get the same thing I've always changed what I write, it's never the same review twice. Have you thought about adding something on the submission page or the review page where we can click a link or something to report it to make you aware when it happens? Even a comment box within the HIT when we submit would be helpful if you are looking to get more feedback to track when this occurs.
Or even a "generate new form" button that just loads a different set in the event that we get a duplicate.

Thank you for your suggestions About the comment box, you can use the field where you enter your completion code (Ex.: 123455058945023572 - I've seen something weird...), if you prefer so.
I'm not sure what cancelling today's batch means, but I'd suggest checking submissions you get back early to see if they resemble previous days before doing that in the future. The Mad Labs I got and did today were brand new topics, haven't had one even remotely similar to any that were listed in the past. So, not sure it was necessary to cancel today's batch.

I've seen server errors on startup over the last week, but if I retry a few times (possibly waiting a bit) they have been resolved, I get the list of 5 items and can proceed. Are you saying I won't be able to submit the one I've completed 3/5 of, or that there just won't be any more HITs offered for acceptance today?
