I usually catch 0-2 on an average drop now. I've also noticed that within the last month or so, I've caught considerably less. Either they're getting more and more popular or they're dropping less.

 

Pretty simple, there are a lot more people PANDAing them now.

 

The boss lady and I had a great time. We had other things planned for that day, but ended up ditching most of the other stuff to stay at the museum longer. Make sure you get a decent night's rest beforehand so you've got a bunch of energy! We want to get back there in another year or two.

I think they are more popular and with the 1 pre pool, it's harder to have some sort of edge. I used to pick up 1.12s off the worker side and the smaller ones off the www side, now some days I get 4 1.12s in a snap and some days it's crickets.

I don't like it. I don't like it at all.

I don't do them, but I'm 99% sure it's this ^^^

When I first started and I was a lurker, the stuff that was talked about daily were the first requesters I "stole"

But it's also the evolution of frequent hits that pay even half-decently. It's before my time, because they were already popular when I started, but Z's were apparently the same way. Barcodes are pretty much hopeless now, but I remember the old masters doing 600-800 of them even a year ago. Joe Lo's fall into this category as well.

 

I've been trying to figure out if that includes hispanic ladies or not for like 5 minutes now. Good thing I don't have masters so I don't have to figure that out!

 

If you only find requesters by being spoonfed you will run into this issue all the time.

 

Yeah, b-codes aren't what they used to be. I'm lucky to get through 180 anymore. Up until a few months ago, the batches got into the 5000s, but now I don't see it over 2500ish. I would love to make $60-$80 every morning on those things.

Meh, I was telling someone on here that got blocked not to worry, because I look at them like paid breaks on mturk essentially. The pay sucks really, but they are so passive and offer a somewhat decent chunk of loot for mturk standards, that they are nice to get sometimes. On slow days, it sucks when you're trying to grab them and get nothing, so I feel your pain.

 

The OG Masters could speak more to this, but I remember it took them months to drop for the first time after the big May 2017 masters granting happened, but when they did, those first few batches were 10k and lasted about 45 minutes. Then they did the 5k ones, and you could see how long they lasted going down and down every morning. Now they are 2500ish, and not a horrible way to start the day, but definitely already not what they used to be.

If I remember right, the old masters would get like 2 hours with the batch, but I also don't think they were daily like they are now?

 

I didn't start in on them until sometime this past fall, should have got in sooner. c'est la vie.
