Oh this just sounds like makings of cheesy and very typical horror film. I am sure the adjoining bathroom setup has been used at least a few times as a point of entry but hey it seems like it would work well enough again.

We just need to get an axe (required if nothing more then to be randomly thrown in the closet but you can't use that as it would make sense), throw up a few HITs to get the script written via mTurk, find an actor that that we can hire who's willing to work for pennies being thrown at them. Hope for a cult following and BAM the TH crew breaks into movie making...lol

I was having a similar issue a few weeks back. I ended up changing out a custom script that was interfering with the responses being recorded but also letting them 'marinade' for a few seconds also seemed to help when I was experiencing the submission errors.

 

I disabled all scripts, tried different browsers, let them sit for a few min, nothing -_-

I remember seeing something in the HIT code about some sort of user reliability rating variable. I wonder if this might be an attempt to arbitrarily block submissions for payment from users falling outside of some sort of standard deviation (however they already have gotten the data stored through the HIT completion process). I was going to dig into it more but the issue cleared up after a day or two. Next time I grab one I will look into it again.
