Meet Penelope. The last pic is of @dewdrop who has hidden her face from you guys mostly, but left a sliver visible to show kitty kisses from her official adoption picture for the shelter. She's hanging in the basement tonight until a more formal introduction method for her and Parker is formulated. She's also given voluntary kisses to both me and Dew, and has used her litter box - and she's only been home for like an hour!

 

If he did something like basically minor in all reality while overstaying a visa it's possible to get a ban for I think 3 years not 7 though. At least we know it isn't murder as there is no statue of limitation on that.

I bet he did something or said something like violate airspace while yelling Fosters Beer Sucks from a bullhorn from 200ft above the terrain and was promptly booted out of the country. If that is the case then well he was sorta right but it was just the wrong forum to express, he should have been at least 300ft and with a much larger bullhorn.

 

His visa was fine I know, cause he was doing study abroad then left a bit earlier than anticipated

I could actually buy it being something involving airspace. It makes me wonder if he was drunkly poking around an airport he knew was restricted. We both know his ability to follow rules is theoretical at best

 

Actually, me too. To be honest I don't think I was actually banned from entering the country; I just got into a situation where I now had to apply for a visitor visa and it got denied.

Getting banned from Australia when they're completely barbaric as a country in general sounds pretty bad, but it's usually something like you violated the terms of your entry visa or committed any kind of a crime, even a very minor one.

 

He could've just done something to violate the terms of the visa. If your visa doesn't give you work authorization, for instance, and you get caught doing something to earn money, that could do it.

 

I should not be trying to even type at this moment but if it has wings isn't he like a squirrel to shiny things? Just make sure to pack your own bag and to go through the TSA screening process separately. You never know customs may still have his picture posted up somewhere as an enemy to Australian societal contributions.

 

I happen to know for a fact that dewdrop is a gorgeous young lady who looks just like her gorgeous mama and shouldn't feel like she has to shield her face (unless it's just for privacy reasons of course... but the truth about her pretty lil face still stands.)

I can’t even roll through a stop sign on an empty road, I’m such a goody two shoes. Matt is very much the opposite. We were chatting with an old British engineer who runs stuff over with Virgin last night and he commented, “ You two are as opposite as chalk and cheese!”

It sounded funnier with the British accent.

She is definitely a cutie. I think it's a privacy thing, definitely. While I'm very happy about the new baby, I wouldn't mind showing off the older one too. Silly girl! LOL

Very true, but that's a more realistic reason. This is the @Hummingbirdee's Matt we are talking about so almost nothing is out of the realm of possibility. Although working on a student Visa might have done it depending on the type of work.

 

That's true Bird but that rule should not also apply to if/when you want to stop yourself.
