All joking aside, when it actually does get cold enough in AZ to affect my knee I wrap it in warm compresses for a while and that helps alleviate the pain somewhat. I think I'm just destined for warmer states

me too I have this really uncomfortable brace I'm supposed to where when I'm sleeping to stretch my knee but it's uncomfortable (I already have trouble getting any sleep) and it is generally a pain in the rear but my range of motion goes down when I don't ...ehhhh
