This site is about to go US only I'm tired of this.

So, I'm super bad about committing to things and staying motivated, and finishing... basically anything that isn't fun (and sometimes things that are). I started a bullet journal to help set and stick to some goals, and two of the ones I decided on were to start doing yoga every day, and meditation (increasing the length of time every other day).

I just realized that I have stuck to the meditation every day this month (I'm up to 7 minutes today), and I'm 11 for 16 on the yoga!

I know it isn't a lot, but it's saying something for me. Also, I'm trying to start being nicer to myself, and that includes celebrating my achievements and not belittling any of them. So, yay!
