Dumb Windows 7-10 hack. Disable Aero "shake". Ever move a window and when doing so minimizes EVERYTHING else? Sort of handy I guess, but I hate it. Regedit, so be careful:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced

Right-click the Advanced key and choose New > DWORD (32-bit) Value. Name the new value DisallowShaking. Double-click the new DisallowShaking value to open its properties window. Change the value from 0 to 1 in the “Value data” box and then click “OK.” Close Regedit.

Should be instant (no reboot needed).

 

Something kinda along this line, but if you've ever accidentally submitted a slew of HITs because a key gets "stuck" down you can also disable that. Should be around the accesibility/ease of access settings -> keyboard -> filter keys.


Not so hot if you like to zzzzzzzz opponents in your favorite game but tbh I've found it entirely eliminates all of my "accidentally" / "whoopsie" mturk submissions lol.

I do not qual for it. This might be hurting me, HIT abandonment rate (%) LessThan 20, if it's referring to the HITs I Return. I seem to get alot of the same ones more than once.

Is there any way I can check my abandonment rate?

 

And on this note AFAIK it never resets so its a good idea to look for scripts/tips/tricks before going ham on them if its a version of their hits you actually like doing lol
