It depends on how close you sit to it and if you're watching 4k content or not. I would suggest making sure it has HDR to really make the upgrade worth it.

Standard def stuff looks horrible on mine. Very blocky and it irritates me.
4k netflix looks great and 4k discs from the Xbox also look amazing.

For what it is worth my TV displays SD content without any issues. I wouldn't have gotten it if it was shit at non 4k content.
