I very much enjoyed watching him do the pushups and situps while I timed him. Am glad I'm not living on base right now though tbh.

 

I mean if you got under the good ratings they put your ass in FEP AKA fitness evaluation program (I think lol, we called it fat camp)

 

oh man when I went to join the guy told me my requirements ( I think I had to do minimum 18 pushups when I joined) I went to go do a pushup..... and just couldn't XD I had to work a lil bit before I went in ha

 

don't call it satisfactory then that's unsatisfactory LOL.

 

well if you got probabtionary I think three times in a row they can your ass (kick you out) otherwise you go to FEP and get to work out extra (on top of whatever else you already did with your unit).

I do 10 minutes of planking before every work out but I'll rotate from side planks to normal planks. I don't think I could hold a single plank for more than a couple minutes.

I have an outfit that Taylor Swift wore (not like the ONE she wore, but the same designer/dress). I will not disclose how much I paid for it. But, I intend to wear it this summer.

 

I've never liked the bouncy pushups that so many guys you see in the gym or the military do. I have a coworker who was a marine and he can do 50 of those kinds of pushups a minute, but if he tries to do a good form full range of motion 10 second pushup (plank 2, down 3, plank 2, up 3 to full extension and back to plank) he gets gassed in ~10 reps.
