I'm pretty sure Matt doesn't make it to 100, cause he will eventually have some sort of tragic hang gliding/experimental plane/dirt bike in the desert type accident.

I just assume there's a day I get an uncomfortable call or knock at the door and cross my fingers it's like 50 years from now and not 5.

I also plan to outlive all you suckers, for the very fact I wasn't supposed to live this long in the first place, and I'm 99% sure I'm basically unstoppable at this point.

I mean smokers can live to be 100 and smoking is a way higher correlation to disease than eating the wrong foods. Plus, imo, food is stronger than religion and politics to people. We get a stronger positive response from eating than sex so food is likely the biggest source of happiness for most humans throughout their lives. If you say something people love to eat is unhealthy, it's like you stabbed 16 puppies. It's honestly more productive to spend more on researching drugs to fix health issues than it is to determine what is healthy or unhealthy because people won't change anyway. Which is why many of the studies on the healthiness of a certain food are industry promoted for advertising purposes.
