    Not to dissuade you but I hope you go to like a mom and pop diner type place and pray they do it right. Every time I order french toast out, it always seems bland in flavor and coated in powdered sugar to cover up the blandness.

    Gurl's French Toast

    1. Thick Italian bread
    2. Custard made of whole egg, milk, too much vanilla and too much cinnamon
    3. No powdered sugar
    4. Go easy on the syrup, the french toast tastes good on its own

    Yeah I was planning on going to a local brunch place that's amazing but Balls has been telling me to just make it myself. And I guess that WOULD allow me to get low carb bread and anything else a bit healthier. I def wouldn't want powdered sugar either, those are the worst kinds of donuts.
