    I have no idea how I got the qual don't remember doing the qual hit, wondering if this is the qual I tried to take and had a technical issue with I emailed the requester so maybe he gave it to me anyway.
    Either way had a question but I don't see either of them.

    are we judging the quality of the audio like background noise, static and such or the speech itself like speaking clearly, pronunciation and such or both

    The instructions seem to indicate it's the speech, but I haven't listened to any of them yet, so I can't really comment on what the background noise is like. They emailed this morning, so I'm sure they'd be responsive to a message if you want to find out for sure.
