How do I send a message to the requester if I returned the hit? I knew how to do it with the old system but the new system keeps telling me there is something wrong with my message.

It is on the export I posted for the hit..... I just went through the hit in my Q this time though.

 

I lost my fitbit (or someone stole it, Idk) so I am going to use a phone app. Do I just screen shot it?

 

Oh never mind I guess that contact button on exports doesn't do shit

It syncs with the fitbit app/inkin if you're using that (my apple health syncs with the fitbit app), but we send each other screenshots all the time too.
