    I did not get a code after being told I would get one on the next page- I returned the hit because the hit page says if you submit w.o a code for any reason, you will be rejected.

    But if you didn't get a code, everyone probably didn't get a code. They're not going to reject everyone and just not pay everyone. It's a reputable educational institution.
