Can any actual harm come from a random person getting your worker ID

Asking because I had a hit that asked for demographics and worker ID didn't think anything of it until th3e next page when they showed me the information another turker had filled out including their ID and now I am doing another hit that includes chating with another turker (supposedly) and this is in the directions

 

They could theoretically create a requester account and block your ID - which could be negative toward your account health. The likelihood of them actually doing that is pretty slim though
