Been a while since I've seen baby heads

 

I use a spreadsheet and put all my bills and dates on it and leave plenty of space to move items should I need to enter something in. I then use formulas to calculate totals and I even have a running balance on the right side that gives my liquid amount (cash available) as each bill or pay out occurs. I use a fresh page for every month so I can look back for reference. You could do that and plug in amounts on the days you want to have for allowances.
