    On the last page with the survey code - there's an arrow button all the way at the bottom that you'll need to press to submit your survey. It's easy to miss, because the last page looks like it's the actual last page, but it's not.

    When I was working at Coleman INd. on a contract for Verizon DSL they tols us we were axed and they were shipping tech support to canada. We had one helluva counterstrike game going there for awhile
