    oh totally. i was a little less than a pack a day smoker too, so about $150/month or $1,800/year. i shudder to think how much i spent over the 5 years i smoked

    what really worked for me was the slow tapering down of the nicotine in the e cig liquid. get used to a smaller amount and then move down a tier, rinse and repeat. before i knew it i was on 0% and i was like welp i don't need this anymore
