Seriously, though. Thanks to Random (I don't want to be a bother so I won't tag) I decided to start weening myself off physical media. Spent two weeks backing up all of our CDs to FLAC. When all was said and done, about ten percent of them had some pretty nasty scratches that would prevent me from ripping a few tracks here and there. I'm thinking it may just be easier to download what's missing than it is to fix all these CDs.

 

How I feel when I have to pay more to file my taxes than I am getting back

 

That 7.50 hit jesus. 10 pages of examination. I get hit with 2 11 minute videos. I can already seeing this taking the full hour for sure.

I'll eat a shoe if the hit itself immediately ends after these two videos.

 

is there a device or app that you can speak into and choose another language to be translated to so you can communicate with a person that you are talking to in person? too lazy to look it up I have a hot new neighbor that is from Russia/Ukraine area and would like to talk to her without using an online translator and poorly executed hand signals lol

trying that, but it is not always correct lol. I was thinking there has to be a device that you speak into and can choose any language you want and then play it back to the person.
