    You haven't received your surgery diploma in the mail from them yet? I've been running a fly by night robot surgery room out of my shed. 2 for 1 hernia mesh replacements every Tuesday!

    Nice. My old town used to be mostly free deliveries. Here it's 3-5. Then my generous tip on top of that ;) Picking up dinner can save me $10-15 usually.
