    I have a question. Does anyone know what could cause a person to not be approved for a Turk account? I've been doing it for a couple months and my mom just tried to join and it denied her.

    well it's not the apostrophe key per se...it should be the same key with the ~ symbol. on my laptop it's on the top left right below the esc key. okay glad you got it to submit then!
